TRB Realty closes $2,395,000 sale w/C-21 Premier Group

Fairhaven, MA – TRB Realty announced that it has closed the sale of Fairhaven Plaza located at 32 Howland Road in Fairhaven, MA.  The property is a fully-occupied 10,284SF +/- retail strip situated on approximately 0.673 acres of land with pylon signage and abundant off street parking.
