TRB Realty closes $5,010,000 sale of 46,263 s/f

Marlborough, MA – TRB Realty (TRB) has closed the $5,010,000 sale of Marlborough Village Plaza located at 486, 488, 496, 500 Boston Post Road (Route 20) in Marlborough, MA. TRB Realty exclusively represented the seller, Marlborough Village Plaza LLC and procured the buyer, Aubuchon Realty, Inc., in the transaction.

The sale included (1) office building and (3) retail buildings, totaling 46,263SF situated upon approximately 3.5 acres of land.
