The Newtonville Portfolio (pictured above), located at 46-48, 60, 66-68 Austin Street, (3) contiguous buildings approximately 30,000SF on over 1 acre of land in the village center section of Newtonville, MA across from Star Market has been sold for $7,000,000 to 60 Austin Street LLC.
