TRB Realty has brokered the lease of a freestanding retail building totaling 10,838 s/f of prime retail space situated upon 1 acre located at 104 Worcester Street (Route 9) in Natick, MA.
104 Natick Realty, LLC acquired the property from Bradford/Natick Realty Trust in 2015. TRB Realty exclusively represented Bradford in the $2.8 million sale and procured the buyer in the transaction. TRB Realty then represented 104 Natick Realty, LLC and leased the entire building to Furniture Consignment of Chestnut Hill, with additional locations in Hanover & Plymouth, Massachusetts.
