Thomas R. Blakely, founder and President of TRB Realty, has twenty years of regional market knowledge and vast “hands-on” industry experience successfully completing transactions in all aspects of investment real estate brokerage; commercial investment sales & leasing, retail, mixed-use, office, medical, residential, hotel properties, and more. Mr. Blakely founded TRB Realty in 2003. He is well known and respected and widely recognized as an expert commercial real estate practitioner who has personally closed the sale and/or lease of more than $1 Billion of commercial properties.
Mr. Blakely attended Northeastern University for Business Valuation and he is a licensed real estate Broker and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mr. Blakely was awarded the prestigious CCIM Designation in 1999. Only 6% of all commercial real estate practitioners in North America hold this coveted and distinguished designation. Mr. Blakely has been nominated for Broker of the Year & Retail Deal of the Year by the Commercial Brokers Association & Greater Boston Real Estate Board. TRB Realty has a Co-Star Group “Power Broker” Top 10 Ranking out of all commercial real estate firms in Boston and known to be one of the most tenacious advocates for their clients.
Prior to starting TRB Realty, Mr. Blakely was the Vice President of Investment Sales at Finard & Company (Keypoint Partners) in Burlington, MA where he completed a consistent level of sales annually and received sales awards and recognition from the CBA/GBREB. Before joining Finard/Keypoint, he was a retail investment specialist at Hunneman Commercial in Boston.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.

Jennifer Blakely is the co-founder of TRB Realty and the Director of Marketing. She is a licensed real estate agent and a graduate of Aquinas College with a degree in office management and plays a key administrative role in supporting the firm.
