TRB Realty attends 2016 New York ICSC Conference & National Deal Making Event

TRB Realty announced that it attended the 2016 ICSC New York Conference & National Deal Making Event held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City, on December 5th-6th, 2016.

The mission of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is to advance the shopping center industry and promote its role in the commercial distribution of consumer goods and services. The ICSC annual events are a great opportunities for owners, developers, retailers, brokers, lenders, municipalities, property asset managers, and product and service providers to gather under one roof to exhibit, make deals and form successful business partnerships.

Thomas R. Blakely, CCIM, President, and Founder of TRB Realty has been a member and an active participant of the ICSC organization for many years beginning in the late 1990’s.

TRB Realty closes $3,325,000 sale of Maple Corner Plaza

TRB Realty closes $3,325,000 retail sale. 

Bellingham, MA – TRB Realty (TRB) founded in 2003, announced that it has closed the $3,325,000 ($485.54/SF) sale of Maple Corner Plaza located at the signalized intersection of 2 South Maple Street and Route 140 in Bellingham, MA.  The sale involved a very high quality, single-story, multi-tenant retail strip totaling 6,848 s/f situated on over 1 acre of land.

TRB is led by its Founder and President, Thomas R. Blakely, CCIM. “Quality 2008 construction, stable tenancy, prime location and a reliable rate of return are just some of the attributes that describe Maple Corner, which traded to a very qualified and astute buyer.  Both parties performed admirably…and we are extremely pleased with the outcome of the transaction”, said Tom Blakely.

TRB Realty was the sole broker in the transaction.

TRB Realty closes $23,650,000 sale of 182 Rooms and 96,206 s/f, and the 6,863 s/f British Beer Restaurant 

Framingham, MA – TRB Realty (TRB) founded in 2003, announced that it has closed the $23,650,000 sale of The Framingham Hotel and British Beer Restaurant located at 120 & 130 Worcester Road (Route 9) in Framingham, MA (5 acres).

The sale included several hotel buildings totaling 96,206 s/f with 182 guest rooms.  In addition, (1) freestanding British Beer Company restaurant totaling 6,863 s/f.

TRB is led by its Founder and President, Thomas R. Blakely, CCIM. “The subject location is tremendous and well-known by investors, tenants and others for having one of the highest barriers to entry in the heart of one of the few super regional markets in Massachusetts.  It doesn’t get better than this in Framingham on the golden mile section of Route 9…we are extremely pleased with the outcome of this transaction”, said Tom Blakely.

TRB Realty was the sole broker in the transaction.

TRB Realty exclusively represented the seller, Marlborough Village Plaza LLC and procured the buyer, Aubuchon Realty, Inc., in the transaction.

The sale included (1) office building and (3) retail buildings, totaling 46,263SF situated upon approximately 3.5 acres of land.
